Properties of Optical Brightener ER-1
Optical Brightener ER-Ⅰ has strong fluorescence, high whiteness, good thermal stability, and does not decompose at a high temperature. It has ideal light fastness and sublimation fastness, stable for reductant, oxidant and hypochlorite.
The general dosage of Optical Brightener ER-Ⅰis 100-300ppm (0.01-0.03%), which can be increased or decreased appropriately according to the whiteness of raw materials and the requirements of customers, and users can add matting agent or blue violet dye and other components by themselves according to the processing requirements. The key point is to thoroughly mix the fluorescent whitening agent with the raw material, so as to prevent the uneven whitening.
Applications of Optical Brightener ER-1
Optical Brightener ER-Ⅰ is used to whiten and brighten polyester fiber, polyester and its blended fabrics, and acetate fiber. It is not only suitable for exhaustion dyeing but also suitable for pad dyeing. Brightener ER-Ⅰ also has good whitening and brightening effects on polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC and other plastics and products.
When using Optical Brightener ER-Ⅰ, there are things to pay attentions to:
- Before use, the product must be stirred evenly to ensure the consistency of whiteness and color light of the processed fabric:
- Before whitening, the fabric must be cleaned of residual alkali to ensure that the whitening agent is fully colored and the color is bright;
- The product is a high-temperature polyester fluorescent whitening agent, and the dyeing temperature and setting temperature must reach the above process requirements, in order to ensure the normal color of fluorescent whitening agent, if the normal temperature boiling heat is required, carrier dyeing can be used for hair.
Packaging and Storage
Optical Brightener ER-Ⅰ is packed 25kg per fiber drum lined with plastic bag, stored in cool and dry place without direct sunlight. Shelf life is 2 years.
