Properties of Optical Brightener VBL

1. Solubility: soluble in more than 80 times of soft water, there is condensation phenomenon at the beginning of dissolution. Add water to dilute to fully stir to obtain a transparent solution, and the water for dissolution should be slightly alkaline or neutral.Ionization: anionic
2. PH value of dye bath: neutral or slightly alkaline, pH = 8-9 is the most suitable
3. Stability: acid resistance to pH = 6, alkali resistance to pH = 11, hard water resistance to 300 ppm, free chlorine resistance to 75%, and resistance to heavy metal ions such as copper and iron.

Optical Brightener VBL is insensitive to light and has stable chemical properties. It has good resistance to weak acid, perborate and hydrogen peroxide. The fiber whitened by this product has bright color and no yellowing, which improves the defect of common brightener yellowing and greatly increases the light and heat resistance of the fiber. Compared with other whitening agents, the absorption rate of optical brightener VBL is greatly improved.

Applications of Optical Brightener VBL

Optical Brightener VBL is suitable for the whitening of cellulosic weaving, paper and viscose products. It has good affinity for cellulosic fibers. It can make bleached cotton fabrics whiten, light or printed fabrics brighten, significantly improve the whiteness and appearance of dyed fabrics. Optical Brightener VBL can also be added into soap and detergent, which can not only make the detergent itself white, but also improve the whiteness of washed fabric.

Optical Brightener VBL is packed 25kg per fiber drum lined with plastic bag, stored in cool and dry place without direct sunlight.
